The room is newly decorated with a single king bed, also they can offer wake-up service. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the supper friendly staff. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Nothing to complain about, really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would come here again. The venue was perfectly clean and the staff were very helpful and sincere. I had recently refurbished and air-conditioned room with 2 full size bed.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

I came to Kenner for wedding - everything was great. The room was recently renovated and it had a shower, hairdryers, and terry cloth bathrobes, that's cool. The staff was extremely friendly, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The breakfast was good, with outstanding food choice. The service was great.

The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Also, location was comfy and perfect, not very far from Westland Shopping Center. I stayed here for a trip and will be back.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel near the New Orleans Airport. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it was conveniently situated close to many types of restaurants and activities I had planned. The staff at the hotel were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. The basic amenities were available and the rooms were clean enough for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the breakfast provided at the hotel was very good, with lots of choices offered.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I checked in July 3, the first room the refregator did not work, i was given another room 808 the face bowl was not working the door to closet was off the track, did not clean the room, no towls. I was not notified the hot waterwas being turned off the morning of July 5th Ichecked out without taking a shower.Thank you for asking.

Accommodation was convenient and impeccably clean, rooms were recently renovated and air conditioned. Really enjoyed the room with microwave, my bed was comfy. The staff was excellent plus the location was exceptionally nice. The restaurant here was good for breakfast.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, close to the airport and Super Dome. The chocolate chip cookies room service was excellent. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The staff, especially Michael and the sweet lady at the desk, were accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper did a great job. The restaurant had delicious, though spendy, food. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The beds were uncomfortable, Television didn't get all stations, Toilet didn't work properly and well over priced for the experience. I expected a better experience for the cost it certainly didn't match up to the Hampton Inn at a lesser cost.
